Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Immediate Cancellation: Cancellations are considered only if requested immediately after placing the order. If the order is already communicated to vendors or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be entertained.
- Perishable Items: No cancellations for items like flowers or eatables. However, if quality is unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement may be considered.
- Damaged or LOST Items: Report to our Customer Service on the same day of receipt. After merchant verification, maximum claim up to £50 will be processed.
- Product Mismatch: If the received product doesn’t match the description or expectations, contact us the same day. Our team will review and take appropriate action.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Products under manufacturer warranty must be resolved directly with the manufacturer.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited within 6-8 business days to the customer’s account.
